****广场改造工程：主要实施内容包含绿化土方、景观土建和照明工程三块内容：1、原部分乔木搬迁4棵、移除6棵，新种绿植树木1595㎡；2、场地拆除及清运2320㎡、****广场和舞合翻新1408㎡、彩色透水沥青路面564㎡、**舞台背景墙12㎡、**景观亭3个、门球场人造草皮930㎡、篮球场地面翻新600㎡、门球场篮球场铁质围网修补和喷漆200㎡、厕所翻新45㎡、翻新L型连廊等；3、场地新增庭院路灯、壁灯、射灯等照明设施，设置照明配电箱、噪声检测器，管线敷设等。 樱花园局部绿化改造工程：主要实施内容为：1、绿化工程：移除绿化、**绿化、树穴覆盖物；2、土方工程：种植土、营养土；3、**露营区：拆除石材面挡墙、**木平台等；已按照合同按照完工，如期交付。 ****服务中心及长照之家整修工程：1、服务台拆除改造、地面恢复等；2、新增卡座约9.3m；3、阳光房内外墙转拆除更换（含防水）约78 ㎡；4、阳光房顶面热弯玻璃更换；5、增加无障碍扶手约30m；6、墙面铲除并粉刷约450㎡；7、适老化浴室改造约40㎡；8、休息室漏水维修约15 ㎡；9、屋顶维修（约11.51万）屋面及女儿墙防水卷材拆除重做约370㎡；10、强弱电改造、窗帘灯具更换、监控设施维修等。

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.
