二、申请人资格要求

a. Hong Kong registered company.

b. The company shall be a consultant firm under the AACSB (Architectural Category or Building Surveying Category) and declare the employment of the following personnel:-
- Full time Registered Professional Surveyors (Building Surveying Division) (RPS) as defined in Surveyors Registration Ordinance (Cap. 417) with a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience in building construction and has at least 2 years' experience in building maintenance field.

c. Within the part 10 years, the company shall complete or working on at least 1 no. of project with the role as an Independent Checker for Government's facilities in Hong Kong;
