****园区二期位于高东镇，根据既有规划，园区以外高桥港区为依托，建设成为**市重****基地之一，成为信息密集型、国****物流中心。近期，**港海****服务中心项目初****园区二期8-2地块，亚冷项目初步选址10-2地块。由于该区域控规批复时间较早，地块规划参数难以满足开发主体的建设需求，因此，面对发展的新背景新要求，高东镇需尽快落实上位规划要求，助力高质量物流企业尽快顺****园区二期。结合区域产业发展需求和开发主体意愿，拟对8、10街坊及周边地区开展规划评估及控规局部调整，具体包括区域统筹专题、城市设计、土方设计、控规调整4项
