本工程位于**区张杨北路1138号，对存在渗漏的玻璃幕墙进行全面排查与修复，重点更换失效密封胶、老化胶条，修复破损；对外挂穿孔铝板进行整体安全检查与加固，重点对所有连接点进行紧固、更换锈蚀螺丝及连接件、更换存在安全隐患的穿孔铝板。 服务范围：对工程质量、进度、投资、安全、文明施工等全方面的监理，组织竣工预验收、配合竣工验收和工程资料移交归档等相关工作。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
