(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、本项目不接受联合体响应。4、具有等级保护测评服务认证资******部第三研究所颁发的《网络安全等级测评与检测评估机构服务认证证书》或《网络安全服务认证证书等级保护测评服务认证》）或在《**网络安全等级测评与检测评估机构目录》中，以“中国网络安全等级保护网（www.****.net）”公布的目录为准。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.This project does not accept joint bidding. 4.Suppliers must have a certification qualification certificate for level protection evaluation services (they must provide the "Network Security Level Evaluation and Testing Evaluation Institution Service Certification Certificate" or "Network Security Service Certification Level Protection Evaluation Service Certification" issued by the Third Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security), or be listed in the "National Network Security Level Evaluation and Testing Institution Catalog", based on the catalog published on the "China Network Security Level Protection Network (www.****. net)".

(i)符合《****政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
