1、项目背景 为了****改扩建与功能提升工程顺利实施，根据**市规划建设管理要求，浦东游泳馆所在控规地块指标无法满足建设要求，因此开展《******社区Z000302单元 控制性详细规划16a街坊实施深化图则更新》工作。 2、项目概况 2.1项目范围：****社区Z000302单元16街坊，**沂林路、 南至沂林路、西至浦东南路、北至**路，用地面积约7.06公顷。 2.2服务内容：开展《******社区Z000302单元 控制性详细规划16a街坊实施深化图则更新》工作。 2.3项目总投资暂估：23998.32万元，**费：20022.21万元， 本项目图则更新收费参照 2017 版《城市规划设计收费标准》****协会）， 3.1.2 控制性详细规划编制街区和地块两个层面计费基价为35万元，按照8折为控制价28万元，本费用包括专家评审等实施全过程的所有费用。最终以审计为准，且不得超过合同价。 2.4项目名称：****改扩建与功能提升工程 2.5选派方式：择优选取

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.
