合同履约期限：服务期为合同签订后三年，本次为一招三年首年，合同一年一签，每年度服务结束前一个月将对中标人进行考核，招标人根据考核结果决定是否续签下一年度合同。

The Contract Period: The service period is three years from the date of contract signing, with this being the first year of a three-year contract. The contract is signed annually, and one month before the end of each service year, the successful bidder will be evaluated.
