Procurement Content
The procurement target is the customs clearance agency service for the importation of MV Tongtan. The required completion date is 30 August 2025. Details are as follows:

Cargo List: MV Tongtan

Estimated Arrival Date: MV Tongtan – 28 August 2025

Exit Port: Beira Port, Mozambique

Entry Port: Tema Port, Ghana

Mode of Transport: Self-propelled

Crew on Board: Approximately 30 persons

Import Entity: China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. (CHEC)

Import Method: Temporary export under foreign contracted projects

Payment Method Terms
Payment shall be made by Bank Acceptance Bill, within one (1) month after customs clearance completion, in accordance with the contract.
The specific payment cycle shall be subject to the supplier’s quotation.
In the event of delayed payment from the Employer, the bidder agrees that the Purchaser may defer payment accordingly.

Quotation Instructions:
Please refer to the attached quotation form.

Quotation Documents: One (1) electronic original, including one (1) PDF quotation form affixed with the company’s official seal (plus one Excel quotation form). VAT rate, delivery date, and all required information must be indicated. Missing items will render the quotation invalid.
Suppliers without prior contract history with our company must submit along with the quotation: company profile, business license, VAT taxpayer certificate, bank account permit, quality system certificate, audited financial reports for the past three years, and legal representative’s ID copy for record.

This tender does not divide into sub-packages.

Consortium bidding is not accepted.

Delivery/Completion Date: 28 August 2025

Delivery Location: Tema Port, Ghana

If a bidder cannot participate for any reason, a written explanation shall be submitted before the quotation deadline.

Bidders must submit documents in strict accordance with the tender requirements, otherwise the bid shall be deemed invalid.
