白桦路段的景观绿化提升，活动场地整新，照明设施更新，沥青健身跑步道更新， 人行道设施整新：蓝天路段（黑松路-云山路）主要工程内容为两侧人行道路面砖更换，路面砖旁侧石更换，北侧人行道沥青翻新，包括两侧平缘石更换，行道树树穴更换。黑松路段（蓝天路-锦绣东路）主要工程内容为人行道沥青翻新，包括两侧平缘石更换，行道树树穴更换。白桦路段（杨高中路-蓝天路）主要工程内容为两侧人行道路面砖更换，侧石更换，行道树树穴更换。另外蓝天路白桦路西侧转角沥青道路向景观拓宽至2米，并向北侧延申，与蓝天**侧绿地内的沥青跑步道相接，形成完整的环。

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

回避情形
