2015年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人所投质谱分析仪在中国境内至少具有1个应用于裂解气组份测量的合同业绩，且单个合同质谱分析仪的供货数量不少于2台, 所测工艺介质的组成至少应同时包含H2、CH4、C2H4、C2H6、C3H4、C3H6、C3H8、C4H6、C4H8、C4H10及C5+。标书代写

From January 1, 2015, to the bid submission deadline (based on the contract signing date), the bidder of the mass spectrometry analyzer being bid must have at least one contract performance in China for the measurement of pyrolysis gas components, and the quantity of mass spectrometry analyzers supplied for a single contract must not be less than two units. The composition of the process medium measured should at least include H2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C3H4, C3H6, C3H8, C4H6, C4H8, C4H10, and C5+.

投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：销售合同复印件（含相关技术附件）。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、合同签署页（国内贸易合同应有双方盖章，国际贸易合同应有双方签字或盖章）、制造商名称、货物名称、质谱分析仪数量、所测工艺介质。

若业绩合同为年度协议，除提供年度协议外，还应提供相应的已到货订单，订单内容或编号应与年度协议相关联。同一个年度协议下提供1个或以上的订单及与订单对应的到货验收材料均算为1个有效业绩。

The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract (including technical appendix). The reference evidence documents furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), name of manufacturer, name of goods, number of mass spectrometry analyzers, the process medium being measured.

If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.

未提交业绩证明文件，或通过所提供的业绩证明文件无法认定满足上述业绩要求的，均视为无效业绩。

If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.

2、原招标文件获取时间修改为：2025年8月6日至2025年9月15日；

3、原投标文件递交截止时时间和开标时间变更为：2025年9月26日9时整（**时间）标书代写
