(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）具有中华人民****建设部施工总承包建筑工程三级及其以上资质。
（2）拟派项目负责人具有建筑专业注册建造师二级及其以上资格，有效备案且不得有在建项目。
（3）本项目专门面向小微企业采购。
（4）本项目不接受联合体投标。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Possess the qualification of general contracting of construction engineering of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of at or above the third level.
(2) The person in charge of the project to be assigned shall have the qualification of registered constructor of the second level or above in the specialty, with valid registration and shall not have any ongoing projects.
(3) This project is specifically open to small and micro enterprises for procurement.
(4) This project not accept joint bidding.
