航头镇目前有34个居委会，管辖各类小区近70个，公建配套用房面积3万多平方米。部分小区的公建配套用房及配套设施因年代久远或建造施工工艺等问题，房屋出现老化、墙体开裂破损、屋顶及卫生间漏水等情况；****中心1、3、4、5、6号楼因窗台内墙多处渗水起壳、屋顶漏水、楼顶装饰玻璃开裂、部分外墙起包等；****社区用房电梯井、阳光房及部分用房内墙渗水等。为确保各小区日常平稳运作，****社区公建配套及办公场所等正常运行，拟对社区公建配套用房进行维修。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
