1 INTRODUTION
ThisRFTdocumentisissuedtosubcontractthe[Minibuses,coastersbusesandbigbusesRentalService]fortheLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEProject.
1.1 ChinaPetroleumPipelineEngineeringCompanyLimited–AbuDhabi(“CPP”)has,issuedthisRequestforTender(“RFT”)toselectedbidders(eacha“Bidder”)inordertoobtainbidsubmissionsinrelationtotheprojectdescribedinbriefinparagraph3belowandinmoredetailinthescopeofworksetoutinAppendix6tothisRFT(“ScopeofWork”)
1.2 FollowingsubmissionoftheBids,CPPmayselectoneBiddertoenterintoalegalagreementwithCPPintheformsetoutinAttachment6tothisRFT(“Agreement”).TheAgreementshalldetailtheScopeofWork,thetermsandconditionsandagreedfeespursuanttowhichCPPmayengagetheselectedBidder(s)toperformallorpartoftheScopeofWork

3.1 CPPhasbeenawardedbyADNOCGasProcessing(AGP)theLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEProject.TheProjectstartingfromLNGPre-conditioningPlantatHabshan5toHGCPwith56”newsuctionpipelineandanewhighpressure52”dischargepipelinefromNewHGCP(atKP-30,Habshanarea)toRLNGRuwais,withintheEmirateofAbuDhabi.ProjectscopeincludesEngineering,ProcurementConstructionofLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEtoenhancetheexistingfacilitiesofPipelineNetworktosupplyfuturepotentialconsumersatdesiredbatterylimitconditionsandcateringforfuturedemand.

3.2 Scopeofthework:
TheBiddershall provideminibuses,coasterbusesandlargebuses leasingservicesfortheEPCprojectundertakenbytheCompany.Thescopeofservicesincludes,butisnotlimitedto,theprovisionofVehicleasbelow,Iftheequipmentandvehiclesprovidedbythebiddercannotbeconsistentwiththoserequiredwithinthescopeofthetender,thebiddermayalsoprovideequipmentorvehiclesofhighertonnage,orequipmentandvehiclesofdifferentmodelswiththesamepower.****.Package1isrentalservicesforminibusesandcoasterbuses,andPackage2isrentalservicesforlargebuses.****.

4 SUBMISSIONOFBIDDINGDOCUMENTS

Ifthebidderhasanyobjectiontothetechnical,commercialrequirementsintheRequestforTenderdocuments,thebidderisrequestedtoclarifyinwritingtotheTendereewithin7daysofreceiptoftheRequestforTenderdocuments,andnoclarificationwillbeacceptedafterthedeadline.IfnoclarificationisprovidedtotheTenderee,itwillbedeemedthatthebiddercanmeetallthetechnicalandcommercialrequirements.****.

Toenhanceconfidentiality,thedeadlineforpasswordsubmissionis30minutesafterthedeadlinefordocumentsubmission.Itisrecommendedthatyouprovidethepasswordwithin30minutesafterthedocumentsubmissiondeadline(youmayusethe"scheduledsend"functionofyouremailtosetthetimefortheemailtobesent).
4.4 ShouldtheBidderfailtosubmitbeforetheaforesaiddeadline,theProposalDocumentswillberejected.Thetimepresentedinthee-mailshallbeconsideredasthesubmissiontime.
4.5 Beforethedeadlineindicatedabove,theBidderisentitledtorequesttheTendereetocheckwhethertheproposalshavebeensuccessfullydeliveredtotheassignedemailaddressbysendingtheemailtotheundersign.
4.6 Before3daysaheadofthedeadlineindicatedabove,theBidderisentitledtorequesttheTendereetopostponethedeadlinefornomorethan7daysintotalincaseofpuzzles/difficultieshappeningtothevendorsforpreparingthebiddingdocuments.
