为深****区委政法委制发的《关于**区进一步****治理中心规范化建设的实施意见(试行)》(沪浦政(2025)52号)，****镇社****中心****中心)规范化建设，聚焦社会治安风险防控，协调推动社会治安防控、矛盾纠纷多元化解等工作,****中心拟设在振万路2号东侧一至三楼办公场所,办公场所内设置综合受理窗口、多元化解区、指挥调度区、****中心、心理咨询室、禁毒功能室、关爱工作室、三所联动调解室、法学会基层站点等功能区域和办公区域,进行房屋硬件相应改造。主要工程量为：原房屋设施量拆除，钢梁加固、新做轻钢龙骨石膏板墙面、安装台板等。

（一）在中介集市报名前3个月内存在1次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
