该项目主要内容为新二公共服务配套用房增设消防水泵房，用以保证消防水压达到规范要求。更换火灾报警主机、更换消防末端设备、更新线路、补装紧急启停按钮、新增电气控制设备，以便于更准确的检测火灾情况，及时报警，提高消防系统的可靠性。更换补充灭火器、新增泵房设备、调整喷淋头及支管、引入给水管，以保障消防系统的正常运行，增加灭火覆盖面积，提高灭火效率。本项目拟通过择优选取的方式确定一家有资质的单位为本工程提供设计服务。

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
