本项目位于**临港新片区芦潮港**段（以设计图纸为准）。建设内容为对芦潮港**段西侧进行生态复绿、口袋公园建设、人行铺装改造、增设公共停车位，实现“车行+步行+停车+休闲”复合利用。项目总投资为273.80万元，其中**费约为214.51万元。现拟根据经批准的项目立项文件和现有条件，在满足项目使用功能的基础上，进行本项目的设计（设计包括：方案设计（包括编制设计概算及总说明，协助建设单位报相关部门审批等）、施工图设计及施工过程的现场配合等后续设计服务；协助相关的招标工作。

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
