我司****是SNF公司1998年****经济开发区设****公司，员工有900人。主要生产聚丙烯酰胺，同时面向国内国外市场。为规范产品运输、提高服务水平，降低运输成本，****集团实际运输需求，决定就国内危险品运输业务实施邀请竞价招标。烦请有意参****公司提供相关的资质以供我司初审择选，我公司将对贵司所提供的资质材料保密。

二、招标项目概况

1 ， 运输货物：国内普货及危险品槽罐车运输。

2， 运输方式：公路运输 -- 槽罐车运输。

3， 运输总量：2024年10月至2025年9月槽罐车运输总量约为29,000t。

4， 车型要求：依据国家和行业的最新标准，使用国五及以上等级适合装运具体产品的车辆。

三，投标资格要求

投标人注册资本不得少于人民币1000万元，注册年限不得低于5年。对所承运货物投保一切险，具备自主开票资格并在**范围内承运货物的合法道路运输经营单位。

投标人必须具备5年以上普通货物运输的运作经验，同时自有车辆不得低于15部。

投标人中标后必须在江****公司或办事处，负责现场装货计划，装货车辆的协调。

本次招标要求投标方提供10万元的投标保证金；支付方式为电汇，****银行账户信息为111********00023711****银行名称：****营业部）；支付时限为实际收到标书3个工作日内。未中标单位的投标保证金将在宣布中标结果后七个工作日内退回；如爱森持有合理证据认定投标人虚构招标文件，或有妨碍 公开，透明，公平竞争，公正评选 等原则行为的，爱森有权不退还其投标保证金。

Invitation for Tank Transportation Bidding of SNF (China) Flocculant Co., LTD

Our company, SNF (China) Flocculant Co., LTD., is the first wholly-owned subsidiary established by SNF Company in Taixing Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, China in 1998, with 900 employees. It mainly produces polyacrylamide and targets both domestic and international markets. In order to standardize product transportation, improve service levels and reduce transportation costs, based on the actual transportation needs of the group, it is now decided to implement an invited bidding process for domestic dangerous goods transportation business. We kindly request that logistics companies interested in participating in this tender provide relevant qualifications for our initial review and selection. Our company will keep the qualification materials provided by your company confidential.

One. Bidding Number: SNF-2025-004

Two. Overview of the Bidding Project

(1). Transportation of goods: Domestic general cargo and dangerous goods tank truck transportation.

(2). Mode of transportation: Road transportation - tank truck transportation.

(3). Total transportation volume: The total transportation volume of tank trucks from October 2024 to September 2025 is approximately 29,000 tons.

(4). Vehicle type requirements: In accordance with the latest national and industry standards, vehicles of National V or above grade suitable for transporting specific products should be used.

Three. Qualification Requirements for Bidding

(1) The registered capital of the bidder shall not be less than 10 million RMB, and the registration period shall not be less than 5 years. A legal road transport business entity that insures all risks against the goods it transports, has the qualification to issue invoices independently and transports goods throughout the country.

(2) Bidders must have more than 5 years of operational experience in general cargo transportation and own no less than 15 vehicles.

(3) After winning the bid, the bidder must have a branch or office in Taixing City, Jiangsu Province, responsible for on-site loading planning and coordination of loading vehicles.

(4) This tender requires bidders to provide a bid bond of 100,000 yuan. The payment method is telegraphic transfer. The designated bank account information of Aisen is 111********00023711 (Bank name: Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Taixing Branch Business Department). The payment deadline is within three working days after the actual receipt of the tender documents. The bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within seven working days after the announcement of the winning result. If Aisen holds reasonable evidence to determine that the bidder has fabricated the tender documents or has engaged in behaviors that hinder the principles of "openness, transparency, fair competition, and impartial evaluation", Aisen has the right not to refund the bid bond.

Four, qualification review certification documents

(1) A copy of the business license;

(2) A copy of the valid road transport business license;

(3) A copy of the valid insurance contract document (or policy);

(4) A copy of the ID card of the full representative;

(5) Company introduction materials of the bidder, including the main achievements in dangerous goods transportation in the past three years (textual description and financial statements issued by a third-party auditing company).

(6) Copies of all vehicle driving licenses (for vehicles under affiliation, the affiliation contract must be attached).

(7) Do you have any experience in transporting chemical products If so, please provide relevant evidence.
