4、针对其他医用气体，投标人须根据本次采购内容具备符合《危险化学品经营许可证管理办法》及管理条例规定的危险化学品经营许可。
5、本项目专门面向中小企业采购

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. For medical oxygen products, the bidder must have a drug business license in accordance with the "Pharmaceutical Administration Law of the People's Republic China" and its implementing regulations;
4. For other medical gases, the bidder must have a hazardous chemical business license in accordance with the "Hazardous Chemical License Management Measures" and its management regulations;
5. This project is specifically for the procurement of small and medium-sized enterprises.
