(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1）具备电子与智能化工程专业承包二级及其以上资质，并具备有效的安全生产许可证；
2）拟派项目负责人具有机电工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
3）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参****政府采购活动；为本项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动；
4）法人依法设立的分支机构以自己的名义参与投标时，应提供依法登记的相关证明材料和由法人出具的授权其分支机构在****政府采购活动并承担全部民事责任的书面声明。法人与其分支机构不得同时参与同一项目的采购活动；
5）本项目不接受联合体形式。
