项目概况及招标范围：
Environmental Monitoring and Audit Services: In accordance with the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and the regulations and requirements of the General Authority for Meteorology and Environmental Protection (GAMEP) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Consultant shall prepare environmental monitoring reports for the Nairyah 1 Desalination Plant Project and submit onshore environmental monitoring reports to GAMEP on a semi-annual basis. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Conducting site visits at least once every six months; Semi-annual water quality analysis; Air quality monitoring; Dust monitoring; Noise monitoring; Review and assessment of construction activities; Preparation and submission of semi-annual and annual environmental monitoring reports in GAMEP’s preferred language. 投标人资格要求：
(1) The bidder must be an independent legal entity and shall provide a valid local business license. The business scope indicated in the license must be consistent with the scope of services specified in the tender. (2) the bidder shall submit a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the total contract value for this project. (3) please refer to the tender documents.
