(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and during the evaluation process, small and micro enterprises will not be eligible for price discounts. （2）.具有建筑工程施工总承包三级或以上资质，同时具有有效的安全生产许可证；
（3）.项目负责人应具有注册二级建造师或以上资格；
（4）.本项目不接受组成联合体投标。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: （1）. Having independent corporate legal personality and holding a valid business license; （2）. Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects and a valid safety production license; （3）. The project leader should have the qualification of registered second level constructor or above; （4）. This project does not accept consortium bidding.

(i)符合《****政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(ii)未被“信用中国”（www.****.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.****.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
