2.1 The Supplier needs to be able to provide all the ground handling services required by the China Postal Airlines Co., Ltd. in accordance with IATA SGHA.

2.2 The Supplier does not require a deposit.

**方不收取押金。

2.3 The Supplier provides a payment term of at least 30 working days.

2.4 The Supplier shall respond within the specified time.

The pre-announcement period will run from October 30th to November 3rd, 2025. Should any supplier have objections, please submit feedback in writing within this period. The written response must include the contact person's name, address, and phone number, and be signed (and stamped, if applicable). Please send it to the following email address: ****@cnpostair.com.
