Quotation on 1 pc of Dingy Boat lease for Ayla Project at Noonu Atoll

To whom it may concern,
As the contractor of the Dredging, Reclamation and Shore Protection Works For The Project M Resort Development Project At Dhigufaru, We, China Harbor Engineering Company Maldives PVT Ltd, is pleased to invite your company to participate in, evaluate and submit a Proposal for Dingy Boat lease of this project in accordance with this Inquiry documents as attached and other instructions contained herein for this Project (the “ Project”) with CHEC.The Project site is located in Dhigufaru Reef. The requirements of the quotation are shown in the below information:
1.Instructions to bidders:Request for one Dingy Boat with capacity of 8 person
2. Lease Period: Around 13 months
3.Applicant qualification requirements: be the qualified supplier of CCCC supplier system, and can provided landing craft under good working condition and the relative crew.
4.The proposal shall be consists of the following parts:
(1) Quotation (Quotation format reference Attachment 1);
(2)Attachment 2 Supplier Questionnaire;
(3)Attachment 3 Declaration of Compliance;
(4)Attachment 4 Company Profile (if have)
(5)Proposal should including follow information: the specification of boat, the unit price for lease, the payment items ect for the above proposal plan.
5 Key contract terms
(1) Bidder shall provide the original invoice per month with the working sheet, the Tender pay the 100% payment within 3 weeks after receiving the invoice.
(2) The Bidder shall provide with CREW, and offer salary and insurance for the operator.
(3)The lease of the landing craft must comply with the HSE standards .

All costs and expenses incurred by you in preparing your quotation will be borne solely by you. Your competitive price for the provision of the Material and delivery to CHEC Site will certainly be encouraged and welcomed.
