(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve shares and increase the share of SMEs in government procurement, and support the development of SMEs: This is specifically for the procurement of SMEs, and during the evaluation, no price discount preferences will be applied to the products of SMEs.
