本工程位于**市**区成山路990号, 办公楼使用较久,局部布局无法适应现代办公的功能,会议室紧张、大餐厅用餐时拥挤。办公室墙面涂料多处起皮脱落,窗帘破损,吊顶污染变形甚至脱落,开关插座松动接触不良,造成火灾隐患。针对以上问题,需对一至三平面布置局部进行调整,以满足目前日常办公及生活配套的使用功能,对存在各****办公室进行针对性的修缮改造。

This project is located at No. 990, Chengshan Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The office building has been in use for a long time, and its local layout cannot accommodate modern office functions. The conference rooms are tight, and the large dining hall is crowded during meal times. There are many peeling and falling paint on the office walls, damaged curtains, contaminated and deformed suspended ceilings, and even falling off. The switches and sockets are loose and have poor contact, posing a fire hazard. In response to the above issues, local adjustments need to be made to the layout of the first to third floors to meet the current daily office and living support functions. Targeted repairs and renovations need to be carried out for the conference rooms and offices with various problems.
