赵家沟北侧滨河绿地改造工程：①绿化工程：整理绿化用地5881㎡，起坡造型回填450m3，种植土回填2352.4 m3， 营养土回填294.05 m3，乔木、灌木337株，苗木栽移18株，绿植及草坪5881㎡；②铺装工程：路面扎毛2182.89㎡，沥青面层2182.89㎡，侧石收边1086.33m，侧石收边193.79㎡， 花岗岩铺装453.78㎡，彩色橡胶216.7㎡；③附属小品工程：成品座椅22个，滨河栏杆511m，儿童器械1套，健身器械1套；④景观桥梁：灌注桩70.48 m3，钢筋27t，混凝土268.9 m3，沥青173㎡，垫层模板362㎡，桥栏杆115m，LBD灯带50m；⑤照明工程：LBD灯T40套，LBD灯带50m，电缆保护管3.8m，电力电缆263m，电力保护管251m。 城运中心办公楼改造工程：建筑面积约 1637.4平方米，具体改造内容包括：（1）建筑修缮：坡屋面翻修、平屋面维修；（2）室内装饰：拆除墙体、**墙体、更换门窗、内墙涂料刷新、地面新铺、顶棚换新、洗手合换新、卫生间既隔断；（3）安装工程：通风工程、灯具更换，网络布线、插座而板更换；（4）室外工程：新增室外非机动车棚等、围墙维修。
