(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Not listed as a discredited entity, a major tax law violator, or a severely discredited party in government procurement on "Credit China" (www.****.cn) or the China Government Procurement Network (www.****.cn);
(2) Possesses a Grade III or higher qualification certificate for general contracting of power engineering construction or a Grade III or higher qualification certificate for specialized contracting of power transmission and transformation engineering issued by the competent industry authority;
(3) Holds a valid safety production license.
