3）使用4种油品（530F60/X-241M/550HN/高粘度福斯 RP4107S）切换，设置四个500升的油箱，油箱具备自动选择切换功能，油箱配置加热器（其中1个油箱采用高温加热至85℃，其余油箱及输油回路加热温度最高至70℃）。

2) Precise output control for oiling based on the line speed (continuous adjustment) to keep the accuracy error at high and low speed within ±10% when the speed at exit is controlled constantly at 30mpm or above.;

3) Four types of oils (530F60/X-241M/550HN/High-viscosity Fuchs RP4107S) are used for switching, provided with four 500L oil tanks which are equipped with an automatic selection and switching function. The oil tanks are fixed with heaters (one of the tanks is heated to high temperature of 85°C, while the other tanks for oil supply pipelines are heated to max. 70°C. );

(3) The bidder or the manufacturer of the offered equipment must demonstrate supply record of oiler for use on cold-rolled hot-dip galvanizing production lines, with relevant contracts executed between January 1, 2020 (inclusive) and the bid submission deadline;

(4) If the bidder acts as an agent, he must possess the exclusive and valid authorization from the manufacturer;

(5) Due to the complexity and stringent technical requirements of the project, all bidders intending to participate must conduct technical exchanges and sign a technical agreement with the tenderee before bid opening. These exchanges must be organized through OBEI Co. Ltd (Contact: Yan Jun; Tel: 138****8986). Bidders who fail to sign the technical appendices will be disqualified. In case of any discrepancy between the signed technical agreement and the technical specifications in the tendering documents, the latter shall prevail.
