INTRODUTION
ThisRFTdocumentisissuedtosubcontractthe [Minibuses,coastersbuses RentalService]fortheLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEProject-2nd round.
ChinaPetroleumPipelineEngineeringCompanyLimited– AbuDhabi(“CPP”)has,issued this Request for Tender (“RFT”) to selected bidders (each a “Bidder”) in ordertoobtainbidsubmissionsinrelationtotheprojectdescribedinbriefinparagraph3belowandinmoredetailinthescopeofworksetoutinAppendix6tothisRFT(“Scopeof Work”)
Following submission of the Bids, CPP may select one Bidder to enter intoalegalagreementwithCPPintheformsetoutinAttachment6 tothisRFT(“Agreement”).TheAgreementshalldetailtheScopeofWork,thetermsandconditionsandagreedfeespursuanttowhichCPPmayengagetheselectedBidder(s)toperformallorpartoftheScopeof Work

CPPhasbeenawardedbyADNOCGasProcessing(AGP)theLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEProject.TheProjectstartingfromLNGPre-conditioningPlantatHabshan5toHGCPwith56”newsuctionpipelineandanewhighpressure52”dischargepipelinefromNewHGCP(atKP-30,Habshanarea)toRLNGRuwais,withintheEmirateofAbuDhabi.ProjectscopeincludesEngineering,ProcurementConstructionofLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEtoenhancetheexistingfacilitiesofPipelineNetworktosupplyfuturepotentialconsumersatdesiredbatterylimitconditionsandcateringforfuturedemand.

TheBiddershall provideminibuses,coastersbuses leasingservicesfortheEPCprojectundertakenbythe Company.Thescopeofservicesincludes,butisnotlimitedto,theprovisionof Vehicleasbelow,Iftheequipmentandvehiclesprovidedbythebiddercannotbeconsistentwiththoserequiredwithinthescopeofthetender,thebiddermayalsoprovideequipmentorvehiclesofhighertonnage,orequipmentandvehiclesofdifferentmodelswiththesamepower..

TheTechnicalproposalshallbesubmittedtobidding@enlinkenergy.****.before9:00AM(AbuDhabiTime),21Nov,2025.TheCommercialproposalshallbesubmitted tobidprice@enlinkenergy.****.before9:00AM(AbuDhabiTime),21Nov,2025.****.Theencryptedpasswordshallbesenttotheemailboxseparately:password@enlinkenergy.****. Toenhanceconfidentiality,thedeadlineforpasswordsubmissionis30minutesafterthedeadlinefordocumentsubmission.Itisrecommendedthatyouprovidethepasswordwithin30minutesafterthedocumentsubmissiondeadline(youmayusethe"scheduledsend"functionofyouremailtosetthetimefortheemailtobesent).
ShouldtheBidderfailtosubmitbeforetheaforesaiddeadline,theProposalDocumentswillberejected.Thetimepresentedinthee-mailshallbeconsideredasthesubmissiontime.
Beforethedeadlineindicatedabove,theBidderisentitledtorequesttheTenderee tocheckwhethertheproposalshavebeensuccessfullydeliveredtotheassignedemailaddressbysendingtheemailtotheundersign.
Before3daysaheadofthedeadlineindicatedabove,theBidderisentitledtorequesttheTendereetopostponethedeadlinefornomorethan7daysintotalincaseofpuzzles/difficultieshappeningtothevendorsforpreparingthebiddingdocuments.
