本项目包括6个子项内容，主要建设内容分别是： （一）凌兆路提升改造工程：涉及凌兆路（西新港-上南路）、杨思港沿河公共空间、凌兆一村北侧绿地，主要实施建（构）筑物改造、铺装改造、景观绿化提升、水电配套等。 （二）**路提升改造工程：涉及**路（华夏西路-三林路），主要实施建（构）筑物改造、铺装改造、景观绿化提升、水电配套等。 （三）**路及三林路提升改造工程：涉及**路（华夏西路-外环高速）、三林路（环**路-环林东路），主要实施建（构）筑物改造、铺装改造、景观绿化提升、水电配套等。 （四）**路提升改造工程：涉及**路（上南路-**路），主要实施建（构）筑物改造、铺装改造、景观绿化提升、电气配套等。 （五）云台路提升改造工程：涉及云台路（三林路-**路），主要实施建（构）筑物改造、铺装改造、景观绿化提升、电气配套等。 （六）**花苑修缮及公共空间提升工程：涉及**花苑，位于**路630弄1-75号，主要实施土建工程（含公共区域、附属设施、消防设施改造）、路面铺装改造、绿化景观提升工程（含绿化工程和景观小品及设施提升工程）、电气配套设施工程、党群服务站翻新。本次审价服务采购内容是按照相关项目的工程量计价规范、招投标文件、施工合同以及有关定额及说明，结合施工图纸、工程技术现场签证资料、工程材料暂定价核价单，通过现场勘察丈量，对下列项目工程量进行逐一计算，并检查综合单价的执行情况，新增项目定额子目的套用是否合理、综合单价组成中的材料价格、机械价格、人工价格是否参照相关定额标准和施工合同的规定，以此来核准工程造价，并根据以上结果出具专业审价报告，供后续审计等服务。标书代写

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
