二、 供应商基本资质要求

Basic Supplier Qualification Requirements

1. 合法资质：合法的企业法人营业执照，注册资金及经营规模与生产能力相匹配。

1. Legal Qualification: Valid business license as a legal entity, with registered capital and business scale matching production capacity。

2. 专业资质：通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证；具备ISO14001环境管理体系认证者优先。需具备强大的技术团队，能根据我司提供的技术规格书进行产品设计与确认。

2. Professional Qualification: Certification in ISO9001 Quality Management System; possession of ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification is preferred. should possess a strong technical team capable of product design and confirmation based on the technical specifications provided by our company.

3. 产品认证：所供产品须具备相关国际标准（如BS、IEC、EN、NFPA、ITU-T等）的认证或检测报告。

3. Product Certification: Supplied products must possess certifications or test reports for relevant international standards (such as BS, IEC, EN, NFPA, ITU-T, etc.)

4. 业绩证明：需有近五年内为大型工程项目或高端工业客户配套的成功案例（能提供合同关键页或客户证明），尤其是在轨道交通、电力设施、或海外项目方面的经验。

4.Performance Proof: Must provide successful cases of supporting large-scale engineering projects or high-end industrial clients within the past five years (able to provide key contract pages or customer certifications), especially experience in rail transit, power facilities, or overseas projects.

5. 技术研发：拥有独立产品研发和检测能力。 具备稳定产能，能保证批量订单的准时交付。

5.Technical R D: Possess independent product R D and testing capabilities. Have stable production capacity to ensure on-time delivery of bulk orders.

6. 财务状况： 财务状况健康，无重大不良信用记录。

自查符合以上****公司请通过邮件（****@crrcgc.cc）获取我司PQ（资格预审）文件资料，按要求妥善填写PQ资料后发送上述邮箱进行审核。如提交资料初审通过，将另行通知相关供应商开展下一步工作。

Companies that meet the above requirements and are interested in participating, please obtain our company's PQ (Prequalification) document package via email (****@crrcgc.cc). After completing the PQ documents as required, send them to the above email address for review. If the submitted documents pass the initial review, suppliers will be notified separately to proceed to the next step.
