本项目位于临港新片区南汇**镇世纪塘路西侧（原8号隔堤南侧）；洲涛**侧，东大公路旁；临港产业区捷讯路和**路**附近。用地性质为公益林地，项目分三个地块，总面积265.96亩。该项目主要建设内容为：补植、卫生伐、疏伐、土壤改良、割灌除草、基础设施建设等。疏伐品种主要为女贞，卫生伐品种主要为**杉，补植品种主要为**杉、落羽杉、**衫、池杉等。项目总投资为268.14万元，其中**费为236.69万元。现拟通过中介集市平台公开选取一家中介服务机构来负责本项目施工图范围内的全部监理工作内容。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
