(b****政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，****政府采购中的份额，扶持小微企业政策：本项目（□是 ◆不是）专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小微企业产品均执行价格折扣优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and micro enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and micro enterprises: project (□ is ◆ is not) is specifically for the procurement of small and medium-sized enterprises, and a price discount is given to the products of small and micro enterprises evaluation. (2) Support welfare institutions for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises;

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸****政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。
4、本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Suppliers that meet the requirements of Article 17 of the Guiding Opinions on the Connection of International High Standards of Economic and Trade Rules the Reform of Government Procurement in Pilot Zones (Shi Cai Cai [2024] No. 12) are not allowed to participate the procurement activities of this project.
