2、采购云平台在使用过程中如遇到问题可拨打服务电话95763进行咨询。
3、响应文件开启时请供应商代表持所使用的数字证书（CA证书）参加磋商。磋商所需携带其他材料：1）法定代表人授权委托书原件；2）被授权代表身份证原件及复印件；3）纸质响应文件（如有）；4）能够正常使用CA证书的笔记本电脑一台。
4、供应商应在磋商响应截止时间前尽早加密上传响应文件，电话通知项目联系人进行签收，并及时查看项目联系人在电子采购平台上的签收情况，以免因临近磋商响应截止时间上传造成项目联系人无法在磋商前完成签收的情形。未签收的响应文件视为响应未完成。
