高东规划新开河（规划孙家沟-镇界）河道建设项目西起规划孙家沟，**镇界，长约0.99公里，规划**宽23-32米，南侧陆域控制带6米。为加快推进本项目前期工作，经勘探，场地内存在上水管线影响项目建设，需对其进行搬迁。拟采用非开挖方式与地块两侧现状上水管线接通，具体施工内容包括：将原东跃路上与新开河竖直交叉的一根DN200上水管线向南北非开挖搬迁，长度约110米。本次采购为该项目设计

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
