Purchase of HDPE Pipe Bid Evaluation Results Announcement

Our company, China Harbor Engineering Company, conducted a bidding process for purchase of Vehicle Service. The bidding process began on November 12, 2025, with the tender documents being issued. A total of five suppliers purchased the tender documents. The deadline for bid submission was November 22, 2025, and three suppliers participated in the bidding process. The public bid opening was conducted on November 22, 2025, using the Supply Chain Management System of CCCC (http://ec.****.cn).

According to the evaluation method and the determination of the winning candidates specified in the tender documents, the evaluation committee reviewed and recommended:

Tax rate: 12%

Second Winning Candidate: SuperSpecial Steel Corp

Taxed Total Bid Amount: PHP 6,652,800.00

Tax rate: 12%

Third Winning Candidate: TRIMO HARDWARE AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY

Taxed Total Bid Amount: PHP 6,899,200.00

Tax rate: 12%
