(3) 付款方式：可采用美元 (USD) 或奈拉(NGN) 结算，具体币种以双方后续协商并确认的结果为准。

Dear Sir/Madam,

We, China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd., hereby kindly request your company to provide a quotation for tugboat charter services.Please refer to the following details and requirements for further information：

1. Construction Site

in the Imo River estuary

2. Procurement Scope

Charter a tugboat.

3. Charter Period

(1) Charter Period: 6 months.

(2) Commencement: shall be determined upon notification by the Charterer.

4. Insurance Requirements

(1) The rental agreement must include comprehensive insurance coverage for the vessel, including third-party liability, hull, and machinery insurance.

5. Vessel Requirement

(1) The vessel shall be in excellent or good condition and should meet the requirements of the Project Employer, Project Engineer, and relevant local government agencies and departments.

6. Maintenance and Repairs

(1) The boat must be well-maintained and in good working condition throughout the rental period. All routine maintenance and emergency repairs must be the responsibility of the owner.

7. Safety Requirements

(1) The vessel must comply with all relevant safety standards and regulations, including life jackets, emergency equipment, and communication devices.

8. Regulatory Compliance

(1) The vessel and its operation must comply with all Ghana maritime regulations and standards.

9. Quotation Requirement

(1) Your good company are responsible for obtaining all the necessary work permits for the vessel and its crew.

(2) The quoted “Charter Price” shall include the monthly charter price; which shall include all costs associated with the vessel and its crew, operation, SST ， lubricants, fresh water, overtime, waste management and disposal, and any other relevant expenses incurred by your good company during the above Charter Period.

(3) The quotation shall take into account the fluctuation in the price of materials, lubricants, labor, equipment, and other factors. No adjustments will be made to the “Charter Price” agreed by both parties during the validity of Charter Party.

(4) Fuel Supply Arrangement: Mobilization fuel shall be provided by Party B, while construction and demobilization fuel shall be supplied by Party A.

10. Payment

(1) Payment Term: thirty (30) calendar days against invoice.

(2) The charter fee is paid monthly. If the charter period is less than one month, the charter fee will be paid proportionally according to the actual number of calendar days.

(3) Payment may be made in either United States Dollars (USD) or Naira (NGN), with the final currency to be determined and confirmed through mutual agreement between the parties.
