2、施工单位：具备建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质或建筑装修装饰工程专业承包二级及以上资质；
3、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
4、设计负责人须具有二级及其以上注册建筑师资格；施工负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人（提供《响应项目负责人基本情况表》放于响应文件中，通过******管理委员会网站zjw.****.cn查询、打印，加盖单位公章，首次响应文件提交截止时间前 7天内打印有效）；标书代写
5、本次采购接受联合体响应。当联合体响应时，须由施工单位担任牵头人，项目总负责人必须是联合体牵头单位人员。联合体成员单位总数应在两个及以下。其中设计单位不得超过1家，施工单位不得超过1家。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1.
