(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:Policy on Mandatory Procurement of Energy-Saving Products: Mandatorily procure the items marked with "★" in the energy-saving product list published by the state.
Policy on Encouraging Energy Conservation: Under the same conditions of technical, service and other indicators, priority shall be given to the procurement of products included in the energy-saving product list published by the state.
