(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、须具备自然**主管部门依法颁发的《测绘资质证书》，资质等级须为乙级及其以上，业务范围包括摄影测量与遥感专业；
2、本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. It is necessary to possess the "Surveying and Mapping Qualification Certificate" issued by the natural resources authority in accordance with the law, with a qualification level of Grade B or above, and the business scope should include photogrammetry and remote sensing specialties. 2. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.

(i)符合《****政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
