三、招标范围及工作内容：

Scope of Work and Services：

****酒店装修项目整改及外立面工程工作内容包含但不限于：

The scope of work for the Renovation and Faade Works of the Suriname Damei Hotel Project includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1.Toilet Electrical Renovation (168 units) : Demolition of existing electrical facilities, installation of Φ16mm PVC corrugated pipes, wire threading in pipes (3×2.5mm2, 2.5mm2), and socket installation.

2. 公区走道照明整改（600m）：拆除原有电气设施、PVC电线管敷设（吊顶及墙面）、管内穿线（2.5mm2）。

2.Public Corridor Lighting Renovation (600m) : Demolition of existing electrical facilities, installation of PVC electrical conduits (in ceiling and wall surfaces), and wire threading in pipes (2.5mm2).

3. 客房进户线路整改：拆除原有电气设施、Φ32mmPVC电线管敷设、管内穿线（10mm2、4×10mm2电缆）。

Guest Room Entrance Circuit Renovation : Demolition of existing electrical facilities, installation of Φ32mm PVC electrical conduits, and wire threading in pipes (10mm2, 4×10mm2 cables).

Full Electrical Renovation of Guest Rooms on the 4th and 3rd Floors : Demolition of existing electrical facilities and ceilings, installation of Φ20mm PVC electrical conduits, wire threading in pipes (2.5mm2), and coordination with ceiling pre-embedding work.

Full Electrical Circuit Renovation on the 5th Floor : Installation of Φ20mm PVC electrical conduits and wire threading in pipes (2.5mm2).

HVAC Electrical Supporting Works : Welding and installation of refrigerant pipeline ball valves, and installation of outdoor unit power control switches.

Electrical Circuit Adjustment for Marriott Guest Rooms (159 units) : Lamp relocation, new wall lamp installation, socket relocation, old wire removal, re-wiring, slotting, slot smoothing, and pipe threading.

Guest Room Renovation Adjustment (Marriott Standards) : Light steel keel ceiling adjustment, gypsum board additional pasting, balcony sliding door modeling, door frame installation, and baseboard installation for bed headboards/toilets/TV background walls.

Lobby and Laundry Room Works : Demolition of lobby wall modeling, masonry and plastering of laundry room walls, latex paint application, and door and window installation.

Banquet Hall Renovation : Wall demolition and reconstruction, wall plastering and mesh reinforcement, and air-conditioning door opening adjustment.

Meeting Room and VIP Area Renovation : Wall demolition, new light steel keel partition wall construction, kitchen water supply and drainage layout and equipment installation.

Meeting Room and VIP Area Renovation : Wall demolition, new light steel keel partition wall construction, kitchen water supply and drainage layout and equipment installation.

Full Renovation of the 5th Floor Executive Meeting Room : Wall and floor tile demolition, fire protection/air-conditioning/electrical/water supply and drainage renovation, ceiling demolition and reconstruction, wall masonry and plastering, and marble paving.

Facade Construction Works : Exterior wall coating application (putty leveling, three-coat painting), erection and dismantling of external double-row scaffolding, and erection and dismantling of cantilever scaffolding for external balconies.

Outdoor Works : Mosaic paving of swimming pool, and outdoor cable laying (from power distribution room to main building).

Staff International Travel Services : Flight ticket booking, visa application and travel arrangement for construction personnel (14 persons tentatively).

All main materials (supplied by the Employer) shall be provided by the Employer. The Subcontractor shall be responsible for construction, auxiliary materials and machinery. The construction shall comply with the construction drawings and Marriott design standards. The Subcontractor shall be responsible for on-site cleaning, garbage removal and finished product protection. It shall cooperate with the cross-construction of other professional subcontractors and subject itself to the general contractor's management. The acceptance standard shall be subject to the confirmation of the Employer and the supervision party.

1.为履行本施工合同，投标人至少应满足本招标项目的施工资质等级：施工劳务无资质，具备完成类似工程的施工经验和业绩，并已通过****的资格审查，并成为****的合格分包商。

To perform this Construction Contract, the Bidder shall, at a minimum: possess relevant experience and a proven track record in similar projects (with no specific construction labor grade required), have passed the prequalification review by PowerChina Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., and be registered as its approved subcontractor.

The tenderer must possess independent legal person status. This project does not accept bids submitted in the form of a consortium.

To qualify for the award of the contract, the tenderer shall furnish satisfactory qualification documents to the tendering authority, demonstrating compliance with the tender eligibility criteria and the capability to perform the contract. To this end, the tender documents submitted shall include the following materials.

Valid photocopies and scanned originals of documents establishing the legal status of the tenderer (including business license, qualification grade certificate, safety construction qualification certificate, certificate of legal representative or power of attorney for authorized agent, etc.), with photocopies bearing the original company seal.

A completed organizational chart of the company in the prescribed format, detailing the proposed project manager for this project, on-site management personnel, and key construction personnel.

A list of the primary construction machinery, equipment, or tools proposed for use in completing this project, provided in the prescribed format.

A record of completed projects similar to this one, along with details of their contractual performance.

The successful bidder shall commence contract negotiations within five calendar days of receiving the notice of award and shall complete the signing of the contract within ten calendar days.
