项目地点为南汇**镇，实施范围北至东乐路，**西引河，南至东大公路，****俱乐部塘，农田建设面积3456.4亩，新增建设3456.4亩(永久基本农田2785.8亩)，项目总投资为3863.49万元，其中**费3512.45万元。现拟公开选取一家服务机构提供工程勘察服务，主要建设内容为灌溉工程、排水工程、道路工程、土地平整工程等。出具相应勘测报告，为后续现场提供技术支持，在项目建设过程的实施阶段为采购人提供项目建设的合理化建议和意见。

（一）在中介集市报名前3个月内存在1次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
