1.宸东欣连苑一楼弱电间防火门腐烂，镇南小区公共楼道内老式铁窗玻璃缺失破损，五金件损坏，密封条缺失，为了保障居民日常生活安全和楼道整洁、美观，需更换宸东欣连苑一楼弱电间防火门和更换镇南小区楼道窗户。 2.建设地点：宸东欣连苑位于高东镇**路69弄、镇南小区位于高东镇镇南路3-13号，工程主要内容包括宸东欣连苑弱电间防火门更换约46扇，镇南小区11个楼道内老式钢窗更换成铝合金窗户等。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
