（4）投标人应有自2022年1月1日起至投标截止日内在越南当地25T及以上起重机的供货业绩（所提供的单个合同要包含3台以上，其中至少有1台25T及以上起重机）；

（5）投标时须承诺若中标，所供设备主体结构件（大车梁）在投标人本部设计制造，不分包或外委，不在合资厂、**厂进行设计制造；

（6）本项目不接受代理商投标。

(3)The bidder shall possess qualification certificates compliant with the requirements for crane manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and modification in Vietnam（Certificate of Conformity for Lifting Machinery）；

(4)Bidders shall have local supply performance of cranes of 25t and above in Vietnam from January 1, 2022 to the bid submission deadline (each individual contract provided shall include more than 3 units, among which at least one unit shall be 25t and above;

(5)The bidder must undertake that the main structural components (bridge girders) of the supplied equipment shall be designed by itself and manufactured at its own base if awarded the contract. The design and manufacturing of such component shall not be subcontracted, outsourced, or conducted at joint venture factories or cooperative factories；

(6)Agents shall not be accepted for this project.
