Our company, China Harbor Engineering Company, conducted a bidding process for Non -propeller Barge Rental. The bidding process began on December 30, 2025, with the tender documents being issued. A total of three suppliers purchased the tender documents. The deadline for bid submission was January 4, 2026, and three suppliers participated in the bidding process. The public bid opening was conducted on January 4, 2026, using the Supply Chain Management System of CCCC (http://ec.****.cn).

According to the evaluation method and the determination of the winning candidates specified in the tender documents, the evaluation committee reviewed and recommended:

Taxed Total Bid Amount: PHP 26,342,400.00

Tax rate: 12%

Second Winning Candidate:

DRABB CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORP

Taxed Total Bid Amount: PHP 29,568,000.00

Tax rate: 12%

Third Winning Candidate: VIRTUE MARITIME SHIPMANAGEMENT CORP.

Taxed Total Bid Amount: PHP 31,315,200.00

Tax rate: 12%
