1.项目概况： The Al Ghat 600Mw Wind Power Project is located approximately 5 kilometers northwest of Al-Ghat town in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia,。The WAS project uses 80 7.7MW wind turbines and a supporting 33/132KV substation, internal maintenance roads, 33KV power collection lines, and turbine hoisting platforms. The substation mainly includes a 33/132KV main transformer, GIS, 33KV reactive power compensation device, emergency diesel generator, and station service transformer equipment阿尔加特风电EPC项目位于沙特阿拉伯利雅得省 Al-Ghat 镇西北约5公里处，该项目采用80台7.7兆瓦风力发电机组，并配套建设一座33/132****电站、内部检修道路、33千伏集电线路及风机吊装平台等。升压站主要包含33/132千伏主变、GIS、33千伏无功补偿装置、应急柴发及站用电变压器设备等。2.采购范围：The subcontractor needs to complete 100% of the electrical testing for 80 RMUs and their affiliated dry-type transformers in the Alget Wind Farm area. This ensures that they meet our requirements and the owner's requirements for electrical testing, as well as on-site performance guarantees.

Bidders must be independent legal entities registered in Saudi Arabia or other Arab countries, possessing the capacity to independently assume civil liability and the right to independently enter into contracts. Bidders must provide a valid business license.If not currently registered in Saudi Arabia, the winning bidder must register a company or branch in Saudi Arabia after being awarded the contract, and sign the contract with Contractor in Saudi Arabia。响应人必须为在沙特阿拉伯或其他阿拉伯国家注册的独立法人实体，具备独立承担民事责任的能力及独立签订合同的权利。响应人需提供有效的营业执照。若响应人目前未在沙特阿拉伯注册，则须在合同授予后****公司或分支机构，并与承包商签署合同。
