中国港湾工程（巴布亚新****公司承建的巴新莫港5ML及3ML油罐项目，项目内容主要为**1座500万升、1座300万升柴油罐及1座300万升汽油罐，根据项目施工进度，现在需要采购3座储油罐配套的附属材料，为保障所需物资高品质、高时效的供应，现公开进行询价。具体要求如下：

1.报价人（供方）需使用附件中的询价清单模板，并严格按照（需方）询价清单里面的内容进行报价，不得按照供方的理解改动相关内容。

2.货物的交货地点为：莫尔兹比港

3.供方对产品的质量和供应过程中可能产生的任何许可类文件负全部责任。

4.鉴于本次采购针对储油罐所配套的附属材料，所以供方需要仔细查看图纸，根据图纸内容和要求完成报价，且最终供方所提供的各类货物必须符合图纸所要求的规格型号和技术质量标准。

China Harbour Engineering Company (PNG) Ltd. is undertaking the Supply, Fabricate and Construct 5 Million and 2 Nos of 3 Million Litre Tanks and Their Foundations Project in Papua New Guinea. The project primarily involves the construction of one new 5-million-liter diesel tank, one new 3-million-liter diesel tank, and one new 3-million-liter gasoline tank. In accordance with the project construction schedule, we now require the procurement of supporting materials for these three storage tanks. To ensure the high-quality and timely supply of the necessary materials, we hereby issue this open request for quotation. The specific requirements are as follows:

1.The bidder (Supplier) must use the quotation template provided in the attachment and strictly quote according to the content specified in the Purchaser's inquiry list. Modifications based on the Supplier's interpretation are not permitted.
2.The delivery location for the goods is: Port Moresby.
3.The Supplier shall bear full responsibility for the quality of the products and any license-related documents that may be required during the supply process.
4.As this procurement is for materials supporting the storage tanks, the Supplier must carefully review the drawings and complete the quotation based on the content and requirements therein. All materials ultimately supplied by the Supplier must comply with the specifications, models, and technical quality standards specified in the drawings.
