Public Request for Quotation (RFQ) – Threshold Stone (Omani Stone / Beige)
Dear Sir/Madam,
Branch of China Harbour Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Main Contractor”) hereby invites your company to participate in the public RFQ for the supply of Threshold Stone for SEDRA Phase 3, 4, 5 WAREFA Project located in Riyadh, KSA.
INVITATION TO TENDERERS
1) Scope of Supply
The scope includes but is not limited to the supply, cutting, finishing and delivery of Threshold Stone (Omani Stone, Beige color) for the following areas:
Bathroom Entrance (Wooden Door) Threshold
Threshold under Shower Glass Partition
External Gates (Steel Aluminum Doors) Threshold
Total estimated quantity: approx. 19,900 m2 (final quantity shall be subject to site requirements).
2) Key Technical Requirements
Material: Omani Stone
Color: Beige, no obvious dark spots or large pink stripes
Finishing: Cutting chamfering as per project requirement
Sample approval is mandatory and mass supply shall strictly follow the approved sample.
3) Delivery Terms
Delivery to Site (DDP), Riyadh, KSA
Supplier shall deliver to SEDRA / WAREFA site as per site schedule.
4) Tax
This RFQ is for local suppliers in Saudi Arabia, and the quotation shall include 15% VAT.
5) Payment Terms (Indicative)
25% advance payment
Remaining payment shall be settled monthly based on actual delivery approved invoices.
6) Tender Submission Requirements
Bidders shall submit their quotation through the designated system, including but not limited to:

Specification Compliance Sheet
Track record / reference projects
Test reports / certificates (if applicable)
Commercial Proposal
Signed Compliance Questionnaire Declaration
Completed RFQ/BOQ in Excel
7) Tender Validity
The quotation shall remain valid for 90 calendar days from the submission deadline.

8) Clarification
All clarification shall be raised through the system before the stated deadline. Any formal queries and quotation submission must be via the system only.

9) Evaluation Method
The tender will be evaluated in two stages: Technical Evaluation and Commercial Evaluation.
The award will be based on Lowest Evaluated Price among technically compliant bidders.
