项目概况及招标范围：

1、Project Location: Approximately 80 km northeast of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at the EPC Project Site of Saudi Rumah-1 IPP CCGT PROJECT 2、Project Scale: The project is a 1,800 MW combined cycle power plant adopting a 3-on-1 configuration (3 gas turbines + 3 HRSGs + 1 steam turbine), including 3 gas turbines and generators, 3 heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs), 1 air-cooled condenser (ACC), 1 steam turbine and generator, and associated auxiliary equipment. 3、The scope of work for the electrical engineering carried out by the subcontractor in accordance with the terms of this contract has been stipulated in section F and other relevant clauses，The work content of the subcontractor includes:Site Acceptance testing and Pre-commissioning of electrical equipment，etc. 1、采购项目建设地点：沙特利雅得市东北约80公里处，沙特鲁玛1800MW****电站EPC项目部 2、采购项目建设规模：1800MW****电站，采用1组三拖一(3-3-1)联合循环系统形式，包含3台燃机及发电机，3台余热锅炉，1台空冷岛，1台汽轮机及发电机和相关附属设备。 3、分包商根据本合同条款进行的电热工程的工作范围已在section F等相关条款中规定：分包商的工作内容包括：对电气设备进行现场验收测试及预调试等。

投标人资格要求：

（1）投标人须是在沙特阿拉伯完成属地化注册，并有相关施工经验； The bidders must have completed local registration in Saudi Arabia and possess relevant construction experience. （2）投标人须提供有效的CR及VAT证书。 The bidder is required to provide valid CR and VAT certificates.
