项目概况及招标范围：

1.分包采购项目建设地点: The Al Ghat 600MW Wind Power Proiect is located approximately 5 kilometers northwest of Al-Ghat town in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia, about 240 km from the Saudi capital Riyadh, The nearest port is jubail industrial Port, about 500 km away. 2.分包采购项目建设规模:The WAS project uses 80 7.7MW wind turbines and a supporting 33/132KV substation, The substation mainly includes a 33/132KV main transformer, GIS, 33KV reactive power compensation device, emergency diesel generator, and station service transformer equipment. 3.分包采购范围：Under HUAFENG'S coordination and management, the subcontractor is required to complete 100% of the electrical testing of 80 RMUs and their associated dry-type transformers at the Al GHAT600MW wind farm, ensuring that they meet the electrical testing requirements of both HUAFENG and the owner, and fulfill on-site performance assurance requirements.

投标人资格要求：

Bidders must be independent legal entities registered in Saudi Arabia or other Arab countries, with the capacity to assume civil liability and enter into contracts independently. They must provide a valid business license. If not registered in Saudi Arabia, the winning bidder must register a company or branch there after winning the contract and sign it with the Contractor in Saudi Arabia.
